Second, I unified the VFS plugins for both lwIP and lxip. Both IP stacks now implement the Socket C-API interface and both VFS plugins share 99% of the source code relieving us of the burden of maintaining two very different code bases.
I missed thanking you in person for that, but I benefited greatly from this work while adapting our code base to API changes over the course of the past year. From a maintainer's perspective, the situation has become so much better. :)
With the ongoing re-organization of the Genode-world repository as a Goa-project there are still questions to be answered and problems to be solved and I hope that by the end of the year we will have established new workflows where everybody is happy with.
Given your success with Meson and the many fruitful joint efforts on improving Goa we had this year, I'm very positive about it.
