Something very odd. I am unable to reproduce this issue with debug set
to 4. With debug=4 OpenSIPS is correctly refreshing subscription.
As soon as I change debug to 3 or 2 the problem is back.

Hi Chris,
Could you please run a test only this single watcher/subscriber (no
other in the system) and use debug 4 with the entire scenario (initial
subscription, etc). I want to see in the logs what exactly triggers the
removal of the watcher.
