This is more than weired...I will try to prepare a patch to add only
limited logs (while still in 2 or 3) to see why the delete happens.
In the mean while, could you post/send the logs in mode 4 ?

Hi Chris,
Could you please run a test only this single watcher/subscriber (no
other in the system) and use debug 4 with the entire scenario (initial
subscription, etc). I want to see in the logs what exactly triggers the
removal of the watcher.
