Hi Ben,

OK, I reviewed the changes and the code and I identified the problem in the way db_virtual is computing the capabilities in ROUND ROBIN mode - more or less it was discarding the UPDATE DB capabilities, which was required by avpops.

I pushed a fix for this, this is for 2.3:
