I've removed all the old policies, created a new once and created a
member with values "any" "any".
I've checked the log config again, and reviewed the modules being
logged, policies is added. Still I don't get any recognizable trace of
the policies being processed in the cbpolicyd.log file.
Is there anything else I can check, I guess I must do something wrong
but I can't see what it is.

1. Look that the policy match phase is being logged
2. Look that the module is being run
3. Check amavis logs
4. Check postfix logs
