Permissions on everything under /lib/modules/3.4.0 should be 755 for
directories and 644 for files.

What happens when you run:
depmod -a
?

I did discover yesterday that there are a large number of udev .rule
files under /lib/udev in the ChromeOS and I have copied those to the
Redsleeve /lib/udev.

I'm pretty sure I never copied any udev rules from ChromeOS.
