php-mcrypt comes from EPEL in CentOS6 Intel Architecture. Something to do
with export restrictions. If it isn't in ARM-Epel, try building it from the
source RPM.

I looked at my C6 setup and I also don't have it, nor does it show in 
any of the repos.  This is one of those times when Harald got it wrong; 
it happens.

But I DO have:
php-mcrypt-5.3.3-3.el6.i686

And that came along from a yum install roundcubemail (0.9.5)
