Yes please, let's see if I can contribute with something useful.
It's not about "ARM" per se, it's more about memory requirements
of most Java applications. I seem to recall that recommendation
for JIRA is 2GB+ of RAM.
Yes, I have checked the JIRA I use at work, it runs on a 2 GB JVM and a
ditto MySQL database.
