do you have pmd-1.03.jar in your local repo?! I checked IBIBLIO and there is only pmd-1.04.jar available.
I changed the plugin to look for v1.04, and added the two dependancies it needed, but it still didn't work :(
Going to try again to get the CVS version to compile using the Sun JDK (I tried with the IBM v1.4.0 JDK and the build failed half way out of memory) and see if I can get any joy.
