Shelly,
I have been using maven for a month.

Subject: New to Maven

Hi All,
I am very new to maven. I do not have internet access, but have access to the web
documents.
Can I use maven, or do I need to have internet access to use maven. Is there a
workaround without using internet.
Please guide me.

Thanks and Regards,
