Quick question ... I contributed a plugin on Friday for TJDO and it was included in CVS no problem by Emmanuel. TJDO is under an Apache license.
I have another plugin, this time for Kodo, which is a commercial library. The plugin however can be under the Apache license - though obviously the Kodo jars will not be in the Ibiblio repository. Can this plugin be contributed and added to Maven CVS in the same way ? i.e What is the policy of including plugins for 3rd party software that are not under Apache licenses, even though the plugin can be ?
