It's not that simple. What you really want to say is if the best is
there, take it. If there is no best then use good etc, but frankly
it's not going to exist that you have best, good and good enough
existing all at the same time for the same version. Selecting a whole
repo based on some arbitrary criteria makes no sense unless every
single artifact you need exists at that level.

If you really want to filter things out based on definable criteria,
then perhaps you want the Procurement support in Nexus Pro. I just
don't see how selecting a whole repo makes any sense.
