I did not propose point system to "describe the quality" of repository alone, I thought of it just to be able to compare two different repositories... (ie. you find same thing in two of them, decide which one will you want to use, etc). But now I understand that this would provide a lot less value that I thought initially. The other item in my list was "the list of \"problematic\" or simply \"unusable\" or \"less then qualifiable\" _parts/GAVs/trees_ of repo itself".... and this sounds more like the deprecation someone proposed...
