Sorry, I probably wasn't that clear.  The code that picks up the JNI dll is
in the main library I'm building, not the test case.  So when I'm running in
reality (rather than the Junit tests) there won't be a basedir value
defined.

Is there another way?

String basedir = System.getProperty( "basedir" );

File dll = new File( basedir, "/realtivePath/toYourDll"  );
