Thanks for your reply. Basically I do not mind if it is a zip or a war. The war plugin work perfectly for me (but I also want to put in some filesystem stuff ..eg. line endings to be either dos/unix). I could right the whole thing with assembly plugin but a. it is beta and b. I will be reinventing the wheel.
