Wie geht's Matthias,

The persona idea is great. I love it. And I'm also glad to be proven wrong on the subject of reading a documentation page. My perspective is a bit skewed, perhaps. First, I'm ND. I totally lack the neurotypical experience of gaining knowledge. Second, I've been using Maven for 15+ years. It's difficult for me to approach any documentation with innocent eyes. It's also much easier for me to filter out most AI nonsense I am presented with. Another point in favor of your approach.

On the other hand, I have been teaching and mentoring students and junior colleagues for years now. So I have some experience with passing knowledge on.

To filter out people like me, a minority, but a loud one, I suggest you add an ADHD explorer persona, put its button near the top of the first page, lead us to a git repo full of examples, plain English texts in XML comments, and let us lose ourselves in the experience. I'm not joking nor making fun of your work here. Any other ADHDs out there to comment on this?

Thanks for your time, Matthias, have a great day.

Regards,
Ondřej

Hi Ondrej,

about your "more hands-on approach". We discussed this and decided to wrote the different articles with different personas as the main targeting audience, see:

https://github.com/support-and-care/doc-for-maven/blob/main/writing- guide.md

Does this cover your preferences?

> These days, will anybody read a full page of documentation? Save for an AI scraper? I doubt that.

I can remove your doubt. I will read a full page of good written documentation, because I want to learn it and not trust a summary mixed by whatever sources.

Matthias
