The HTML needs work. There's a lot of excess whitespace, mostly blank lines, that should be removed for legibility.
I haven't dug in in depth yet, but it needs to work with javascript completely disabled. Nothing should be missing or unusable if the scripts don't run. Anything that can be done with semantic HTML and CSS should be done with semantic HTML and CSS.
