I don't have clearcase locally nor do I have access to it, so I have no idea (personally) what functionality might be available wrt it. For various reasons, it seems like not many people are using Clearcase, so functionality is probably lacking in this area.
If this is something you'd like to work on, I'm certain you would find many happy Maven+Clearcase users that would benefit from your efforts.
