Are you suggesting that in a multi-module project, if you have
dependencies between modules, you should release modules independently?
So if module A -> B, that I must run a release on module B first so that
module A can then reference module B's released version?
To me, that would negate the whole point of having multi-module
projects, but I may be over-simplifying.
