I can contribute (during my non-working hours).  While browsing the
WIKI, I was wondering whether people have decided on a common format for
the documentation.  Personally, I found the format and organization used
by Hans Bergsten in Appendices A and C of his JavaServer Faces book to
be very easy to read and useful.
