yes, I think that the nightly build files are signed. So really all we would have to do is declare them as RC-1 and put them up somewhere to get going. Well, and get 3 +1s, of course.

with you and me, that makes 2 - another one out there wanting a new release?

and even users. We need three binding +1 (from committers)

also you have to sign the released files. I saw that Sean did
something for that.

For MyFaces 1.0.9 I used PGP on my own box...
