Sounds like you're hitting some form of custom processing on the main domain before it's routing to your web app then. I thought it was too specific an error message.

It's also interesting that ACT and R have come back as capitals but not o. Is it not some tomcat issue? I have a JavaServer Faces web application which uses MyFaces 1.2.10, Trinidad 1.2.14 and runs inside of Tomcat 6. The application will work fine for several weeks and then several JSF components will quit working.
