The fact that the attached email did not merit a quick censure is beyond me.
Anyone who takes pot shots at a specific person (not a job function) should be banned from the list. That is a general guideline for most listservs. Ad hominem. TN Patriot should look it up. If you do legal work or try to teach the law via cartoons, you should understand the basic tenets of philosophy. When you attack a particular person, you invalidate your argument. So, by attacking me you invalidate your argument that what I am saying is without merit. But then again, you know it has merit, which is why you responded as you did.
