But, actually I do not find there any icon for the Track Changes feature to drag
and drop it to the toolbars.... Can you please assist me step by step with that

Information about creating custom toolbar icons can be found in chapter
17 of the Writer User Guide:

The guide itself is a little out of date, but the toolbar customization
instructions are still valid for AOO version 4.x.x
