I am sorry for the rudeness on users@ oo.a.o. May I suggest something that could help: When it is important to use Chinese text on the user list, please include an English version of the message very close to the top of the email, followed by the Chinese version. There may be other steps so that those who prefer Chinese will detect that there is Chinese in the message. Perhaps in the Subject and in a line at the top of the message. That way, users who read Chinese better will know that a Chinese version follows the English text. This may not prevent foolish responses.
