Matt I figured out that I need to save the document, then open it and print the labels. It works! Now one other question, can I insert a logo on the label in front of the text?

Absolutely. I do it, for example, to create business cards. Anything that is anchored to something inside the master label will propagate to the other labels when you "synchronize".
