OOo typically can connect to any DB that can accept connections via
ODBC (open database connectivity). I'm unsure whether this is the case
with MS Works 2001. My suggestion would be to try to find this out
(possibly googling for it) and go from there.

If it can be connected to via ODBC, then there should be also the
necessary software than could be downloaded to enable this.  Once you
have this - your away laughing....
