Dear sir/madam I have been using Open Office for over a year without any problems on my Sony Viaio using Windows XP. I have a peculiar problem. I have a text document I created yesterday, that will not close. I have tried every way I can think of to close it or delete it, but nothing works. The 'permanently open' document is also preventing me from closing down my computer, or from opening any other Openoffice documents saved in my hard disc files. I would be grateful for any suggestion as to how I can fix this. Do I need to uninstall and re-install? If so, will any saved Openoffice documents be lost? Help please Clive Francis
