Linux: red-hat and SuSE. It's not clear enough that you 
should delete the menu rpm which doesn't apply to you. If 
you have Red-hut-pizza or SuSE that is. If you don't it's 
more confusing as your distro isn't even mentioned. Maybe a 
one-liner on dragging soffice 
from /opt/openoffice.org1.9.79/program to the desktop if 
you don't? At least it get's you started.

How about standardising OOo installations under /opt too. It 
was a real pain when SuSE started to produce those awful 
wrappers to try and find the path. On a lan that's hard 
work when you upgrade. Or risk testing betas ;-)
