[users] OOo 2.0 - no HTML.?

I have downloaded OOo 2.0 Beta (actually OpenOffice.org 1.9.79 ... us this 
correct, I  mean is 1.9.79 what you call "OOo 2.0?)

I note the list of front end programs includes:
Base  (New!)
Calc
Draw
Impress
Math
Writer
Where is "HTML"?  I use the HTML editor in 1.1.3 quite often, but cannot 
find it in version 1.9.79
