I'm using this version over two weeks and no problem.
However good or stable this release appears for any one user, the 'official' line is that it is not recommended for production use. See
http://download.openoffice.org/2.0beta/index.html
where it says,
"The software is not recommended for production deployment at this stage."
I think we must be very careful not to give any other advice or impression on the 'users' list.
