hi jeffrey

do you mean you wish to use OOo as an internet browser? if so, then you should look at a different program.

OOo is an office suite (similar to Microsoft Office set: Word, Excel, PowerPoint...) and you can use it to create and edit text documents, presentations, spreadsheets, formulas, web pages etc. therefore, you can use it to replace the MS Office products.

if you need an opensource browser, try http://www.mozilla.org for Firefox (browser) and/or Thunderbird (email client). works great for me.
