In short, no. It can export documents as PDF files. Acrobat has a program that does this, but it is rather expensive. What can be done with OOo (openoffice) is to create the PDF file. As long as the file is also saved in OOo's native format, this saved file can then be edited as needed and a new PDF file created with those changes.
