# toc table editing:
using edit index/table for the TOC
index/table tab: "up to level" = 9 ; using outline styles only
....outline styles button> preview shows Chapter 1 ... Appendix 1,
level 9 shows before=Appendix
evel1 shows before=Chapter
entries tab shows same for level 1 & 9
styles tab shows level1 ->Content1 ... level2 ->Content2, except level
9-> Content1
So, I am trying to use Heading9 style for the appendix entries, they
have the same typography as Heading1, and fall at the same indent level
in the TOC.
