If I know what version of OOo they are using, I might be able to do so.

When the Cosmi website says OOo 1.2, I have no idea what version they are using.

Did you know that paragraph styles changed between OOo 1.1.4, and 1.1.3?

Did you know that OOo 1.1.2 (Japanese) has print options that are not
in OOo 1.1.3 ZA, nor in OOo 1.1.1 (US English)?

Did you know that OOo 1.1.3 ZA is different from OOo 1.1.3 (US English)?

It is little things like that, that make it mandatory to know what
version of OOo is using/based on. And also what changes the company
made to the product.

Short of actually buying Cosmi's product, I have no way of knowing
what changes they made, nor of knowing what version of OOo they used.
