Nandz, try going to Tools -> Outline Numbering ... and assigning heading
styles to each level of outline numbering that you want.

You should just choose the right formatting that is headings when
needed and text body when writing paragraphs...
When you change a piece of text to "heading #" it should continue numbering...
Doesn't work. I'm attaching a screen shot.
1. When I select "Textt Body" as the paragraph style. The bullet "1.2"
still stays there.
2. Also, I dont want "1.1 About the Project" to be indented.
What I am doing wrong?
