Another way is to use the vertical toolbar at the upper right
corner when you are in Drawing View. (One slide is visible, and there
are tabs at the bottom to access the other slides.) This toolbar is
just above the vertical scroll bar.
The third icon down is the Slide View icon. (Click on Help and make
sure Tips is checked [ticked] so that putting your mouse over an icon
identifies it.) Click on this third icon to open a window in which all
7 slides will be visible as thumbnail shots. Use Control+A to select
all seven slides. (They will all have a border around them.) Above the
slides you should see a toolbar in which you can choose your effects
(slide transition method), how fast the transition happens, what type
of transition (manual, semi-automatic, automatic), and time (how long
you want each slide visible before beginning the next transition.
As the earlier poster mentioned, the music in the background will
probably have to be run from a different program. However, I am not
entirely sure of this either.
