Goodonya Keith. You're one of the lucky ones mate. I've been using OOo since the first public beta (now using 1.9.100) and envelope printing has never worked for me, even though I have followed every suggestion ever posted on this list. Look back through the list archives and you will see this issue has been raised n number of times. It appears to be printer (as opposed to an OS) related problem. Envelope printing with OOo is at best unreliable and at worst a PITA. If anyone here has been following the thread on the discuss list about the corporate uptake of OOo, I would suggest that OOo's unreliable envelope printing capability alone, would be a real show stopper for any potential business user.
