Silly me... I just noticed that there is _no_
Tools|Options|OOo...|View|Screen font antialiasing
in the Windows OOo 2.4.1 or 3.0RC1.
Where do I go to request this feature?

http://www.ubuntu.com/ :-)

I'm looking to getting a Gentoo box back up and running here soon. Just need to purchase two 250GB-500GB hard drives for this box.

Check the OOo site for antialiasing (use the search in the upper right
corner of the front OOo web page). Then scroll down to the bottom and
check all of the 'Issue Tracker issues" (Browse all results from Issue
Tracker issues), I'm sure that someone has already submitted an issue
regarding this for Windows.

Sweet, should have looked there first. Thanks.

You still didn't answer the question of where you obtained the Chancery
font you are using. It could be that the font itself has issues & if you
can provide the info then perhaps someone else can also test in WinXP.

Sorry, I got the font from one of those free font sites (I visit so many I have a hard time keeping track). Since it is a free font site I could make the font available to someone else if they'd like to test it?
