Your claim is that it is being forwarded from a gmail account. if
that is the case, then Google will be able to tell you who/what the
responsible party is.
IOW, Google is the appropriate party to ask, not this list.
(And if you are serious about filing legal action, then you need to
talk to an attorney yesterday. )

If your claim that the emails are being forwarded from a gmail account
is factual, then, assuming you are using a _good_ mail filtering
system, your MUA should be dropping them into the bit bucket.
"Good" means that the mail filtering system is at least equal to that
of Procmail fifteen years ago.
("good" and YahooMail --- your email vendor--- are mutually exclusive
concepts. )
