Can you not configure filters in your own email app? I use Seamonkey and Thunderbird and it's trivial to set up such filters on either, so that the messages to or from an address can be immediately sent to trash. You should be able to do that on all mail sent to that gmail address? In fact, a couple of days ago, I did that for one address that was being used to spam the OpenOffice mail list.
