No. The confirmation request contains a magic cookie, and it's enough 
to make sure this is included correctly. The account name does not 
matter (at least as far as the OOo list manager is concerned).

I have verified to my own satisfaction that this does work, by 
setting up a dummy email address with mail forwarded to me and going 
through the relevant motions.
