Please be very specific when you mention what the problem is. I understand that you are having dataloss issues, but I need more information. What format is the file in? In what program was it created? In what program is the data not appearing? What data, specifically, is not appearing? When the file is reopened in the original program, is the data visible? Is the data a footnote, header, table, or specific style?
