The CSV format is well defined and understood. Each file corresponds to
one "table", and each row to one "record". Although there is universal
agreement on this, you want to pull additional information from the
file. Well, of course you can do this, but you will need to specifically
define how this data is encoded and then interpreted. You will then need
to manually write your own code to deal with your proprietary
extensions. Neither OOo, nor any other program, will automatically
recognize your specific extensions.
