Here's a #10 I developed. It works on OOo 3.0. It goes into my printer narrow 
side in, flap down and to left when facing printer front. My printer is a 
Xerox Phaser 6120 4 color. You may need to change some of the setting to go 
with your printer options. Paper type is envelope. Its set for color. 

After you change it you can change the user by calling up a OOo writer, type 
in the changes and print. I have not set it up to mail merge because my 
printer input only handles 10 envelopes at a time. I only need 11. Way back on 
earlier versions of OOo like 2.4 (I think) I had problems with mail merge.

as it appears you are using Windows you may need to make a few other changes, 
on Linux 9where developed the is an own and group you need to change, I don't 
think they carry thru except maybe on XP Professional. I'm not familiar with 
Vista.
