Not long ago I paid you for what you called vip service , free updates and well I was not clear what it was for but I never even was able to log on the website and you never sent me a receipt or any email follow-up about what I just paid for, I am confused and this was like a month ago so I am disappointed. I do not know what I got for my money and I guess that is my fault but even still you should send people who pay you emails with more information.
