I have had to reinstall 98SE (ver. 4.10.2222A) in one of my machines, during the process I installed OO 1.1.4, it seems the program installed correctly. But when I attempt to open any function of Open Office the 'system hourglass' starts for about 10 sec. then it disappears and the program has not opened. I have also downloaded the most current Java RE required. Checked the task manager, which states it is thinking about it but nothing. Can anyone tell me what I am missing. This is the same issue on my last 2 rebuilds.
