Well... using Optimal, and turning off View|Ruler (turns off the left &
top rulers) does just that same with the exception of a 1/2 inch break
between pages. View|Web Layout provides no page breaks at all.

I doubt that a 1/2" page break vs a 'dotted line' page break would make
much of a difference & if so, then I reckon that Dr. Jacobsen should
just stick with MS Word or a standard text based editor.
