As has been pointed out to you already, this is NOT a customer service site. This is a USER's mailing list where USERs try to help each other out. If you want CUSTOMER SERVICE, pay for a program. If you want FREE HELP, tone it down. As far as the 15 line signature, I don't care if it is about religion or raising purebred wolfhounds. A 15 line signature reflecting personal hobbies or beliefs is out of place at the end of a one line message in a focused mailing list.
