Free directories on the web do exist now and uploading a file to one is
not that hard. I groan inwardly every time i see 1MB+ of files coming
through on POP because of this. I curse outwardly when some idiot
replies to a post and leaves the attachment file in their reply as
well. Thankfully this hasn't happened for a while.
